I love breathing! – group introduction
This is an invitation to come and breathe together. In these times when we are being advised to keep our breath separate from one another through distancing and face-masks it is even more important that we explore and come to know breath, our breath.
Who is this for? Any and all who need support in their breathing; who want to explore how breath can be used to access and reinforce different thoughts and feelings; give a sense of boundaries as well as dissolve boundaries; for relaxation and focus; for supporting well-being in general and so much more. Breathing is Hengitys itsesäätelyn ja vuorovaikutuksen tukena and we will be following part of this programme. Sessions shall be tuned to the group.
These first two gatherings are for a general information about breath, a few simple practises to take home with you as well as to set-up a regular I love breathing!- group.
As always – observing distancing and hygiene.
Planned is to have at least one group to meet together ten times. During the sessions we will explore and wonder about Breath.
Each session is guided by Christiana Aro-Harle, Christiana Aro-Harle, who lives betwixt and between, across the river in Ruotsinpyhtää.
Dates: first meetings October 22 klo 10-12 & October 28 klo 19-21
Persons: there is space for 20 persons maximum during the first two meetings.
Place: Patruunatalo, I krs.
Cost: a basket is available for gifting. Half of any amount is given to the facility.
What is gifting? It goes beyond exchange which is “I do something for you and you have to then in return, give me something of equal value.” Gifting is giving that which you can, that which you feel lead to support the individual live/survive.
What to bring with you: a warm, cozy blanket; jooga matto or retkeily patja; indoor socks; notebook and pen; water bottle.
