DESCRIPTION:This is an invitation to come and breathe together. In these times when we are being advised to keep our breath separate from one another through distancing and face-masks it is even more important that we explore and come to know breath, our breath.\n\nWho is this for? Any and all who need support in their breathing; who want to explore how breath can be used to access and reinforce different thoughts and feelings; give a sense of boundaries as well as dissolve boundaries; for relaxation and focus; for supporting well-being in general and so much more. Breathing is Hengitys itsesäätelyn ja vuorovaikutuksen tukena and we will be following part of this programme. Sessions shall be tuned to the group.\n\nThis will be an online event. 15€ incl 24%VAT, receipt available.
